Return Eligibility

Return Time Frame
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned within 7 days after return approval.

✖ The product is returned without original packaging, box, or accessories
✖ The product is damaged due to improper use
✖ Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
✖ Personal use items such as earphones or wearable gadgets once opened (for hygiene reasons)

Mobile banking / bank transfer (if applicable)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.
Replacement Policy
Customers may request product replacement instead of refund if:

Replacement stock is available
Replacement delivery time may vary depending on product availability and location.
Warranty Claims
Products with manufacturer or seller warranty must be claimed according to warranty terms. Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Water or liquid damage
Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repair
Delivery & Return Shipping
If the product is defective or wrong item, return shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the customer requests return for personal reasons, shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled if:
✔ Order has not been shipped
✔ Customer requests cancellation within reasonable time
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
