Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every product delivered to our customers meets quality standards. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The product has missing parts or accessories
✔ The product is unused and in original packaging

Return Time Frame

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days after return approval.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

✖ The product is used or physically damaged by the customer
✖ The product is returned without original packaging, box, or accessories
✖ The product is damaged due to improper use
✖ Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
✖ Personal use items such as earphones or wearable gadgets once opened (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are processed when:

✔ Returned product is received and inspected
✔ Product is confirmed defective or incorrect
✔ Replacement product is unavailable

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Mobile banking / bank transfer (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval.


Replacement Policy

Customers may request product replacement instead of refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • Replacement stock is available

Replacement delivery time may vary depending on product availability and location.


Warranty Claims

Products with manufacturer or seller warranty must be claimed according to warranty terms. Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repair


Delivery & Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or wrong item, return shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • If the customer requests return for personal reasons, shipping cost must be borne by the customer.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if:

✔ Order has not been shipped
✔ Customer requests cancellation within reasonable time

Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
