Warranty Coverage

Gadget Action BD provides warranty support for selected products as per manufacturer or seller warranty terms. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

Warranty duration varies depending on the product and will be clearly mentioned in the product description, invoice, or warranty card.


Warranty Eligibility

Warranty service is applicable if:

✔ The product has a valid warranty period
✔ The product has a manufacturing defect
✔ Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided
✔ Warranty sticker or seal remains intact


Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty will be void if the product shows any of the following conditions:

✖ Physical damage or accidental damage
✖ Water or liquid damage
✖ Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
✖ Damage caused by electrical surge or power issues
✖ Unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the product
✖ Normal wear and tear
✖ Missing warranty sticker, serial number, or invoice


Warranty Service Process

To claim warranty service, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with product details and issue description

  2. Provide invoice copy or order confirmation

  3. Submit the product to our shop or designated service point

  4. Product will be inspected by our technical team or authorized service center

  5. Warranty service will be provided based on inspection result


Warranty Service Types

Depending on product condition and warranty terms, service may include:

  • Repair service

  • Replacement of defective parts

  • Product replacement (if repair is not possible and stock is available)

Warranty service does not guarantee instant replacement and depends on service availability.


Warranty Service Time

Warranty service time may vary depending on product type, spare parts availability, and manufacturer service support. Customers will be informed about estimated service time after inspection.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customers may need to bear courier or transport costs for sending products to service center

  • If warranty defect is confirmed, return delivery cost may be covered by Gadget Action BD (depending on case)


Replacement Warranty

If a product is replaced under warranty:

  • Replacement product warranty will continue from the original purchase date

  • Warranty period will not restart unless stated otherwise


Important Customer Responsibilities

Customers are advised to:

  • Keep purchase invoice and warranty card safely

  • Use products according to manufacturer instructions

  • Avoid unauthorized repair or modification
